Buy if you want to own the machine outright and keep long-term costs lowest. Lease if you want brand-new equipment with a predictable monthly payment and an upgrade path. Rent if you need a machine short-term — a project, busy season, or temporary office. Tell us your print volume and budget and we’ll recommend the right path, no pressure.
Do you service my brand of copier?
Almost certainly. We service all major makes and models — Toshiba, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Canon, HP, and more. If it prints, copies, or scans, we can probably fix it.
What does a service contract cover?
Service agreements are customized to your machine and print volume. Many customers choose a flat monthly rate covering service calls, parts, and labor — and toner can be included too. We’ll spell out exactly what’s covered before you sign, so there are never surprise bills.
How fast can you get a technician out?
We’re local — based in Markham, IL — and we keep a large parts inventory. Some repairs happen same-day, and most by the next business day, across Chicago’s south suburbs, greater Chicagoland, and Northwest Indiana. Machine completely down? Call us and we’ll prioritize you.
Do you offer short-term rentals?
Yes. Rent by the week, month, or project length — delivery, setup, service, and supplies are all included. Popular with construction companies, temporary offices, and businesses in transition.
What areas do you serve?
Greater Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana, with the fastest response times in Chicago’s south suburbs near our Markham location.
Can you take over from a big national vendor?
Yes — we do it all the time. Bring us your current lease or contract and we’ll tell you exactly when and how you can switch without penalty. Most offices come to us tired of 800 numbers and two-week waits.
Do you sell used copiers?
Yes — quality refurbished machines that we inspect and stand behind with the same service we give new equipment. It’s a great way to get a reliable office copier at a fraction of the new price.
